Tags & Leaderboard
The tag system tracks competitive standing inside each club. Lower tag numbers are better. Beat another player in a competitive round and tag movement is calculated when the round finalizes.
Claim a tag in the app
Players can claim available tags directly from the app’s leaderboard or Me page. The app loads open tag ranges for the active club and sends your claim over the live connection.
Use this when you are starting in a standalone club or when Discord is not convenient.
Claim a tag in Discord
Discord-linked clubs can also use:
/claimtag tag:<number> The Discord command accepts tag numbers from 1 to 100. If the tag is already held, you need to beat that player in a round to take it.
The leaderboard
The Leaderboard updates in real time and shows:
- Current tag holders ranked by tag number
- Member display names and identity details where available
- Recent movement
- Season standings when a season is active
- Each player’s handicap index, once they have enough counted rounds (see Handicaps & Net Scores)
For Discord-linked clubs, the leaderboard channel can also show an automatically updated summary embed.
Seasons
Seasons track competitive periods with points in addition to tag movement.
| Season state | Tag changes | Points |
|---|---|---|
| Active season | Yes | Yes — see Points System |
| Off-season | Yes | No |
During active seasons, finalized competitive rounds award points. Off-season rounds can still update tags, but no season points are awarded.
Viewing standings
In the app, use the leaderboard and season views for current standings. In Discord-linked clubs:
/season standings You can pass season_id to view a specific season where supported.
Season summaries
Discord-linked clubs can post a season summary embed:
/season summary Admins can provide a season_id, or omit it to summarize the most recently ended season.
