Start Here

Start in the app. Sign in with Discord or Google, join a club by invite code, or create a new club and invite your players. Add Discord later if your club wants slash commands, native Discord events, direct messages (DMs), and event-channel posts.

Join a club with an invite code

Use this path when a club editor or admin gives you a code.

Open the Frolf Bot app.
Sign in with Discord or Google.
Go to /join or use the club-access prompt after sign-in.
Enter the invite code.
Review the club name and role, then confirm.

After joining, the app loads that club’s rounds, leaderboard, tags, challenges, imports, and enabled betting surfaces.

Invite codes add you to a club in the app. They do not install the Discord bot into a server.

Start a new club

Use this path when you are creating the club yourself.

Sign in with Discord or Google.
Choose Start a new club from the club choice screen.
Enter the club name and optional icon URL.
Submit the form. You become the club owner.
Go to /account and create invite codes for players, editors, or admins.

You can run a club entirely in the app this way, without Discord. Discord setup is only needed when the club wants Discord commands, scheduled events, reaction signup, and channel posts.

Add Discord later

Discord is an integration layer. A Discord server admin can install Frolf Bot and run /frolf-setup when the club wants:

Slash commands like /createround, /createcasualround, /challenge, /claimtag, /season, and /bet
Native Discord scheduled events for rounds
Event-channel round cards, challenge cards, score summaries, and leaderboard posts
Reaction signup and DM-based Discord identity linking
Discord server discovery for signed-in users with linked Discord accounts

What to do after joining

Visit Rounds to create or join rounds.
Visit Scoring & Imports to enter scores or import UDisc scorecards.
Visit Tags & Leaderboard to claim an available tag and follow standings.
Visit Challenges to open or manage tag challenges.
Visit Account & Identity to link providers and set UDisc identity.

Accessing the dashboard

You can bookmark the app directly. If your club uses Discord, /dashboard posts a private Discord link back to the app. Public docs remain available without signing in, and the page header keeps a Sign In link available.
