Account and club roles
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Created the club, controls top-level club ownership, and can enable optional club features such as League Night. |
| Admin | Manage seasons, setup, betting access, imports, and admin tools for the active club. |
| Editor | Help manage players, invite codes, score/import review, and round corrections. |

Active club matters. If you belong to multiple clubs, the app scopes rounds, invites, admin tools, betting, and leaderboard data to your selected active club.
Discord is optional
Discord-linked clubs can use /frolf-setup, /dashboard, /createround, /createcasualround, /startround, /eventscomingup, /challenge, /claimtag, /set-udisc-name, /invite, /season, /league, /bet, and Discord event cards. Those are integration surfaces, not prerequisites for using the app.
Server installation and player onboarding are separate:
- Players can sign in with Discord or Google and join or create a club in the app.
- Editors and admins can create invite codes from
/account. - A Discord server admin can install the bot and run
/frolf-setupif the club wants Discord commands and posts.
